Local Hospice Lottery is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive & Content Creator to elevate our digital presence, captivate new audiences and amplify our impact for hospice care across a variety of social and digital platforms

What you will be doing

You will be the leading force behind our social media content, managing digital campaigns and bringing the Local Hospice Lottery brand to life through highly curated visual and video content. The ideal candidate will have strong videography, creative skills and proven experience in social media paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Plan, script, and produce high-quality video content, engaging animations and single image graphics for social media.
• Content Planning: Develop and manage an ongoing dynamic content calendar across all social media platforms
• Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to interactions, and build relationships with supporters and partners and commercial organisations.
• Paid Social: Manage paid social campaigns and collaborate on cross-channel marketing initiatives.
• Digital Campaigns: Design and deliver email campaigns, develop killer landing pages to maximize conversion.
• Performance Reporting: Track and analyse content and paid ad performance, produce reports, and use insights to recommend continuous improvement.
• Website: Manage and maintain website content, ensuring it is regularly updated, fully compliant, and aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in digital content creation and social media management.
• Strong video production, animation and creative skills.
• Expert-level understanding of social media trends, analytics, and paid advertising, with the ability to apply insights to drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident on camera, with a natural ability to communicate ideas clearly and creatively in video content.
