About the Role

We are looking for motivated, confident people to join us as Face‑to‑Face Fundraisers. You’ll represent Local Hospice Lottery, engaging with the public and encouraging them to support their local hospice by joining our weekly lottery.

This is a self‑employed role, giving you complete control over when and how much you work.

Earning Potential

• OTE £26,000–£60,000+ depending on your commitment and consistency
• Earn £27 per chance, with top performers reaching £50 per chance
• Weekly pay for every supporter you sign up

This is a performance‑based role, so actual earnings depend on your level of activity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with members of the public about Local Hospice Lottery
• Inspiring people to support their local hospice by joining the lottery
• Working door‑to‑door, with some venue‑based opportunities (location dependent)

Full training is provided.

Essential Requirements

You must have:

• Experience in face‑to‑face fundraising or direct sales (essential)
• Confidence speaking with members of the public
• Motivation, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset

Self‑Employment Information

This is a genuine self‑employed contractor role. Earnings are not guaranteed, as they depend on your effort, activity level, and commitment.

Fundraisers who work consistently typically earn between £26,000 and £60,000 per year, with high performers exceeding this.
