At Local Hospice Lottery, we’re recruiting Fundraisers to help raise vital funds for local hospices across the UK. No previous fundraising experience is required — we’re looking for the right attitude and personality, and we’ll provide full training.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking to members of the public in local communities
• Promoting the Local Hospice Lottery and signing up new supporters
• Working independently in the field with paid travel time
• Representing a trusted not‑for‑profit organisation with professionalism and warmth

What We’re Looking For

• Confident and friendly communicator
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with the public
• Positive, resilient, and motivated by targets and bonuses
• Passionate about supporting local charities and hospices

No experience required – full training provided
Backgrounds in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or fundraising are great but not essential

• £27,221.74 FTE basic salary
• Uncapped monthly bonus – realistic OTE over £38,000 (full‑time)
