Do you thrive on turning ideas into compelling visual content?

We're looking for a creative all-rounder who can bring stories to life through video, motion graphics and graphic design. If you're passionate about creating engaging visual content, have strong video editing and motion graphics skills, and can produce high-quality designs for digital or print, we'd love to hear from you. Experience in capturing video footage and still photography would be an advantage, but your creativity, storytelling ability and portfolio of work are what matter most.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join The Country’s Leading Lottery for Hospices and use your creativity to help support hospice care across Great Britain. Working remotely as part of our Marketing Team, you'll create engaging content that connects with supporters, strengthens our brand and helps generate vital funding for local hospices.

Location

This is a remote position that will require traveling offsite locations.

You will also attend our Essex office monthly for team collaboration, planning and creative meetings. All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.

What you'll be doing

• Creating engaging video content from concept through to final production
• Editing footage for social media, websites, campaigns and internal communications
• Producing motion graphics, animations and visual storytelling content
• Designing creative assets for digital marketing campaigns
• Providing graphic design support for both digital and print materials
• Supporting content creation for social media platforms
• Working with internal teams and partner hospices to bring real stories to life
• Helping maintain and evolve a strong and consistent brand identity
• Contributing innovative ideas for content campaigns and audience engagement

What we're looking for

Essential skills

✔ Strong video editing skills

✔ Strong motion graphics skills

✔ Strong graphic design skills for digital and/or print

✔ Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including:

• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign

✔ Ability to manage creative projects from concept to completion

✔ Excellent attention to detail

✔ Strong communication and organisational skills

✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Bonus points for

• Photography and videography experience
• Social media content creation experience
• Experience within charity, healthcare or fundraising sectors
• Knowledge of brand management and campaign planning
